Interior Design for Furnished Rental Properties
Furnished rentals serve very different guests. We design the interior around the length of stay and the person staying.

Rental types we design for
The furnishing standard changes with the stay. A three-night booking needs immediacy and impact. A three-month corporate stay needs storage, a work surface and somewhere to cook properly.

Starting from an empty property
With an empty property we begin with the plan: how rooms are used, how people move through them, what each room has to hold. Then furniture, lighting, textiles, procurement, delivery and installation follow in sequence.
Starting from an existing furnished property
With an existing interior we assess what is worth keeping. Good bones often survive; the issue is usually direction, scale, lighting and styling. We keep what works, replace what does not, and bring the rooms into one coherent scheme.
Longer stays change the brief
Mid-term and corporate guests unpack. That means wardrobe space, drawers, a desk or a usable work surface, proper task lighting and a kitchen equipped for real cooking rather than reheating.
Common questions
Can you keep some of my existing furniture?
Yes. We assess what is in the property first and keep pieces that serve the scheme, then recommend replacements where they are needed.
Which service level fits a furnished property?
The Refresh suits a property that needs styling and targeted replacements. The Transformation suits rooms that need re-planning and refurnishing.
