A short-term rental is read in photographs before it is ever experienced in person, then judged in the first ten minutes of arrival. Both moments have to work.

Furniture planning and durability

We select pieces for frequent use: performance fabrics where they make sense, solid frames, wipeable surfaces, and finishes that hide ordinary wear rather than showing every mark.

Bedroom planning

Bedroom count and bed configuration shape who can book the property. We plan sleeping capacity honestly, with circulation space, bedside lighting, power and somewhere to put a suitcase.

Gathering spaces

Living and dining areas need enough seating for the stated capacity, a table people can eat at together, and a layout that does not block the route through the room.

Amenities and arrival

Coffee, cookware, linens, towels, a clear entry surface, and a tidy place for everything a guest brings in. Amenity planning is part of the design, not an afterthought.

Photography preparation

We stage and style the property so it can be photographed properly once installation is complete — styling vignettes, layered textiles, evening lighting and clean sightlines.
